College Health Services Hours of Operation and Contact
Hours of operation
During the academic year, Health Services is open Monday - Friday 9 am 鈥 5 pm. All clinical visits are by appointment only.
CHS does not accept walk-ins. If you feel unwell and think you need an 鈥渦rgent care鈥 visit, please phone and ask to speak with our triage team who can help coordinate a timely evaluation.
Primary care appointments: Monday-Friday, 9 am鈥5 pm
Prescription pickup: Monday-Friday, 9 am鈥5 pm
Physical therapy: By appointment during business hours, with a referral from your MHC medical provider
Laboratory services, immunizations, allergy shots: By appointment during business hours

After Hours
After hours: During the academic year when Health Services is closed, an after-hours on-call service is available for urgent medical concerns. Call 413-538-2242 and follow the prompts.
For medical emergencies: Call 911, Public Safety & Service at 413-538-2304, or go to a local emergency room.
