Jacob Rivers has spent his career in Independent schools and held the titles: Grade-level Dean, DEI Coordinator, English Teacher, Advisor, Coach, and Dorm parent. He's worked in both boarding and day schools in CT, MA, TX, & CA. Jacob is also the founder of a company that works to support, recruit, and retain Educators of color called Black Royalty. He received his Master of Arts in Teaching from Mount Holyoke in 2019.
