What clients may notice about my therapeutic style
I believe you are the expert on your own life and my role is to offer a supportive space to talk through new possibilities. Curiosity and compassion are at the core of my practice. My goal is to help you feel safe talking about what feels most important. Part of my work is also to explore the personal and political patterns that influence our lives and the ways we can find agency and authenticity within them.
When I鈥檓 not at work...
I鈥檒l be on a trail run, baking bread, rock climbing, or spending quality time with close friends.
